Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer Free Standard Delivery across most PIN codes in India. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling surcharge of ₹50 is applied at checkout. This fee covers the extra logistics cost required by our carrier partners.

3. Shipment Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Delivery Issues

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@rahatpiles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
