Refund Policy

Because our products are consumable Ayurvedic health supplements, we adhere to strict quality and safety guidelines. We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, tampered with, or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly process a completely free replacement.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our fulfillment center. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled, the refund will be initiated immediately and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety, an item cannot be returned if the security seal is broken, if it has been used, or if it does not have the original packaging.
